The St. Lucie County Information Technology (IT) department provides centralized Systems, Network, and Applications services to County departments. The IT Department is responsible for delivering technology needs that align with the County's business strategies. IT operates the County help desk and enterprise network, including the installation, maintenance and repair of computer devices, personal computers and peripheral equipment. IT supports applications such as enterprise resource planning system (ERP), Public Safety computer aided dispatch (CAD) and records management system (RMS), and other department specific applications.
IT also administers the County's telephone system, including 911 PSAP and central phone and voicemail services; coordination of moves, additions and changes; review of all new building and renovation projects wiring standards; and coordination of repair contracts.
