*** St. Lucie County Launches a New Online Database that tracks Building Inspections. ***

Contractors and residents can access the online Daily Inspector Schedule directly.
The new online service provides a list of daily inspections, the permit number, inspection type, address of subject property, inspector's name and the status of inspection (approved, failed or other). Once the inspector has completed the inspection, the results will post immediately online, eliminating the need for the contractor to wait until the end of the day to call in to get the result of their inspection. Additionally, the contractor can view the list of inspections and see first-hand where they are on the list.

The Contractor Applications are available on-line for your convenience.

The Contractor Licensing staff investigates all unlicensed contractor complaints.

All building without permit violations and construction site violations should be reported to staff.

We also license Motor Carriers.  Motor Carriers include taxi cabs, limousines, and shuttle services.  These businesses all require a Motor Carriers License.
